Attending the Stan Grof weekend at Holos was nothing short of transformative. The space itself is beautifully designed to support deep inner work, creating an atmosphere of both safety and expansion. The facilitators held an incredibly supportive container, guiding us through profound temazcal ceremony, swimming in waterfalls, fun clay experiences with wisdom, care, and respect for the process.
Experiencing Stan Grof’s teachings in this immersive setting was a rare gift. The integration of breathwork, community sharing, and the natural surroundings of Holos made for a deeply healing and insightful weekend. I left feeling more connected to myself, with a deeper understanding of my own inner landscape.
For anyone looking to explore expanded states of consciousness in a structured and sacred way, Holos is an exceptional space. I highly recommend this experience to anyone seeking personal transformation, healing, or a deeper connection to their inner world.

What a healing experience. The community of Holos is filled with kind and beautiful people who are serious about healing and wholeness. Perhaps as importantly is the land itself, which is a healing presence unlike anything I’ve experienced elsewhere.
