Holos Homecoming offers a grounded and soul-centered immersion into nature, community, and healing. It is an invitation to return to yourself through connection, ceremony, and rest.

This 6-day, 5-night retreat is designed to support nervous system regulation and restore balance- inviting you to rest physically, emotionally, and spiritually, while deepening your connection to the land and your inner being.

This is an opportunity to experience Holos as part of our community's living ecosystem. The journey includes two sacred ceremonies, daily movement and integration practices, and connection with the Holos resident community- a group of heart-led practitioners, facilitators, and wellness professionals who live and steward this sacred land year-round.

With a rhythm that honors both spaciousness and structure, each day offers a gentle flow: morning yoga and movement, jungle hikes, river play, time for deeply healing bodywork, shared meals, and moments to simply be together. Attending the Stan Grof weekend at Holos was nothing short of transformative. The space itself is beautifully designed to support deep inner work, creating an atmosphere of both safety and expansion. The facilitators held an incredibly supportive container, guiding us through profound temazcal ceremony, swimming in waterfalls, fun clay experiences with wisdom, care, and respect for the process. What an incredible honor to get to partake in such an ancient wisdom tradition as the Wixarika, and on top of that on one of the most magical lands on which I’ve had the privilege to set foot. When I get to Holos my nervous system relaxes to a level I forgot was possible, grounded and expansive, yet my time at Holos felt like I lived in a heavenly realm outside of space and time for a week. If you are looking for genuine and deep connection, Holos is a unique offering in the world as I’ve not yet experienced anywhere else quite like it.
